We went to the humane society and fell in love Tony the lap cat and Ethel the button face. And just visited cats for so long. And then got coffee and looked at books and picked out cheesy romance novels and read parts of them to each other. And went for a walk to the park and swinged on the swings and spun on the big carousel thing. And then sat on my bed and looked through my old scrapbooks and talked about our families and thoughts and feelings and anything that came to mind, freely. And we kissed and snuggled and giggled.

If that isn’t the perfect all day date, then I don’t know what is.

I am so happy.
